Acclaimed producer, writer, and composer, Damon Elliott, is the son of actor/jazz drummer Bill Elliott and pop legend Dionne Warwick. “Damon was raised by music”, says his mother, whom Damon spent almost his entire childhood in the studio with, surrounded by the timeless composition of stars she worked with, including Burt Bacharach, Hal David, Stevie Wonder, and Frank Sinatra. It is no wonder why Damon has acquired such incredible musical talents and the personality to accompany them.

Since his first production project in 1996, Bone Thugs-in-Harmony, Damon has become the President and Co-Founder of Confidential Records and has discovered, mentored, and signed artists such as Keyshia Cole. He has also worked with countless, multi-platinum selling artists including Destiny’s Child, Beyonce, P!nk, Gwen Stefani, Jessica Simpson, Christina Aguilera, Macy Gray, and many more. His discography includes the scoring of three major films and the contribution of music to over thirty films, including the Grammy winning single “Lady Marmalade” in the 2001 film Moulin Rouge.

Damon recently contributed music to the soundtrack for the 2009 remake of Fame starring Naturi Naughton, whose album “Denise: Didn’t I Tell You” he co-wrote and produced soon after the release of the film.

Currently, Damon is not only branching off into country music—composing, co-writing, and producing songs for the best artists Nashville has to offer—but is also infiltrating the world of reality television, producing music for shows such as E! Network’s “Holly’s World” and an up-and-coming memoire starring the Spice Girls’ Mel B. He is also currently working with artists such as Colette Carr (Interscope Records) and Sonnet Whittaker, co-writing and producing their soon-to-be-released records, while simultaneously building his non-profit organization “Stomp for Change”.
